"Dr. Battisti has been our closing Keynote speaker for our Annual Social Service & Activities Conference for the past 16 years. This March he was scheduled to do the same in Saratoga Springs, N.Y. Due to COVID 19 the conference was postponed twice and finally moved to a virtual platform. Not only did Dr. Battisti provide the closing Keynote he also opened the conference for us as well. He provided our audience, which consists of employees of Long-Term Care Facilities with uplifting sessions when they really need it. COVID 19 has hit our long-term care facilities especially hard.
